Cabins Rentals

We have 3 luxurious cabin categories to choose from. All cabins have been newly renovated as of 2024. Our Premium cabins and Deluxe cabins are rented out yearly. With each cabin rental you are invited to use our pedal boat, paddle board, kayaks or our canoes. We even have a fenced in green space area where we provided you some outdoor toys and games to enjoy with your friends and families.

We also have seasonal summer cabins for $5000.00/season. May to October only. We currently are full but we are accepting names and phone numbers to be put on the waiting list.

Winter Rates

During the Winter season we offer to rent our cabins for the whole winter, by month or a min of 2-night stays. If you choose to rent all winter it is yours from Nov 1 to March 31 and you get to come and go as you want. Deposits for the whole winter months are due October 1.

If you choose to rent it out for a month you are required to pay for that cabin on the first day of your stay.

There are 3 price points for monthly rents during the winter rates.

Premium cabin # 2 and #3 are $1500.00/mth
Premium cabin #6 and #7 are $1500.00/mth plus a propane charge if you choose to use the propane fireplace inside.

Deluxe cabin#4 and #5 $1400.00/mth

Seasonal Cabins

If you prefer to make your stay more permanent with us, our seasonal 2-bedroom cabins are a cozy retreat complete with a fully equipped kitchen, Fridge, stove, microwave, dishes, pots and pans. Shaw satellite TV and DVD player. A beautiful large deck with BBQ and picnic bench.  With a fire pit below to enjoy at night.

Available in summer only from approximately May to October for a low cost of $5000.00/season.

Premium Cabins

Cabins #2, #3, #6 and #7 are our largest luxurious premium cabins. Cabins #2 and #3 No Dogs are allowed in these 2 cabins These cabins have a beautiful screened porch and an electric fireplace inside. Cabin #6 and #7 are dog friendly and allow a maximum of 2 Dogs.

These cabins have the most stunning views of our creek and lighthouse with gas fireplaces that used in the winter months.

All cabins are 2 bedrooms with queen size beds and a sofa bed in the living room. They have fully equipped kitchens with fridge, stove, microwave, dishes, pots and pans. Fire pit and BBQ outside and a beautiful deck. High-definition Shaw satellite TV with a DVD player.

Cabin 6 & 7 both cabins are pet friendly.  (Dogs Only) Max 2

Deluxe Cabins

Cabins #4 and #5 are our smaller luxurious premium cabins. They both have a sunroom off of the kitchen which leads to a large deck off of the back of the cabin. The view for Cabin #5 allows you to see the red bridge that goes over picket creek which runs into Nutimik lake, a walking bridge that connects Block 1 to first beach or also known as Old Nutimik campground.

All cabins are 2 bedrooms with queen size beds and a sofa bed in the living room. They have fully equipped kitchens with fridge, stove, microwave, dishes, pots and pans. Fire pit and BBQ outside and a beautiful deck. High-definition Shaw satellite TV with a DVD player.

Cabins 4 & 5 both cabins are pet friendly.  (Dogs Only) Max 2

  • Cabin #4 has a futon in the sunroom
  • Cabin #5 has a table in the porch
